Terms

Last updated 23 October 2026

These are the terms for using ChaseMate, run by Jack Irving, a sole trader based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. By creating an account you agree to them. They’re written to be read, so they’re short.

What ChaseMate does

ChaseMate sends follow-up emails about quotes and invoices to your customers, on your behalf, using details you give it. It’s a business tool for tradespeople and small businesses.

Trial and price

  • The first 30 days are free and need no card.
  • After that it’s £8.99 a month if you choose to subscribe, paid monthly in advance through Stripe.
  • If the price ever changes, I’ll email you at least 30 days before it affects you.
  • Cancel any time from Settings. Your follow-ups carry on until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then stop. Part months aren’t refunded, but if something’s gone wrong, email me and I’ll put it right.

Your part

  • Only add customers who have asked you for a quote or who owe you for work, and only chase them about that job.
  • Check the details you enter are right: names, email addresses, amounts and dates.
  • You’re responsible for the emails that go out in your name, including ones written for you. You can read and change every email before it sends, and payment reminders never send until you approve them.
  • Don’t use ChaseMate for marketing, spam, threats or anything unlawful. I’ll close accounts that do.
  • Keep your login to yourself.

My part

  • Keep ChaseMate running and send your follow-ups when they’re due, as best I reasonably can.
  • Look after your data as set out in the privacy notice.
  • Answer emails to jack@greensideprojects.com.

The honest limits

I can’t promise any particular customer will reply, accept a quote or pay, and email delivery depends partly on other people’s systems. ChaseMate is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for lost profits or lost business, and my total liability to you is limited to what you’ve paid in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using ChaseMate and ask for your data to be deleted at any time. I can close an account that breaks these terms, or wind the service down with at least 30 days’ notice, refunding any time you’ve paid for and won’t get.

The legal bit

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
